Book a room on-line

Please use the following form to book a room at the sanatorium complex.
Please, fill in all the fields because they are all necessary for order processing, and correct cost calculation.
After filling in the form, please press the "Calculate" button. If the cost is satisfactory, press the "Send order" button. You will see the information you entered, the calculated cost and your order number on the screen. Please save this data on your computer or print it out.
If you provide your e-mail address, you’ll receive confirmation on the receipt of your order.

Please, note that in Ukraine we use the following format of date: Date/Month/Year.

You may also order transfer to the sanatorium (in the field "Comments"), which you will pay for upon arrival according to the following tariff:

• From Svalyava - 50 hrn.
• From Lviv - 700 hrn.
• From Uzhgorod - 260 hrn

When there are 3 or more children in the apartment, the final cost that includes 25% extra for each child will be calculated on site.
