This resort is balneological and climatical. Treatment is based mostly on its mineral water, climate, mountainous area and rich health-giving flora. The resort's crown jewel is Polyana Kvasova mineral water that by its characteristics is highly competitive with the Georgia’s famous Borjomi water.

At the resort you can get general medical services, internal and external balneological treatment, climate therapy, medical consultations. The main indications for treatment at the sanatorium are the following maladies: reflux esophagitis, chronic gastritis, indigestion, large intestine and stomach maladies, chronic enterocolitis and colitis, liver and biliary tract maladies, diabetes and uretic diathesis.
